I suggest you ...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

If a similar idea already exists, you can support and comment on it.

If it doesn't exist, you can post your idea so others can support it.

  1. Bug on Code Wall: posts are missing.

    I have 3 posts missing in Code Wall. Two of them have just been posted. All 3 still exist in My Stuff web page, but they are missing in Code Wall web page. When I first posted them, I checked they were there, but, after some time they are gone. Thanks.

    • Keep code when switching compilers

      First of all, amazing support for the three major C++ compilers!

      Would you please not clear the editor when switching between two C++ compilers.

      Thanks!

      • adding more time to run python scripts

        Dear developer of rextester,

        I'm finding a problem when i'm running my python script.
        I'm building a script that is HTML-scraping to get data from a datalogger.
        The problem is that the datalogger is relatively slow, it takes 20 seconds to read the data. When i'm running the script on this site so i can see the results on my mobile phone the script aborts after 10 seconds.

        Is it possible to get a runtime of 30-40 seconds so that longer scripts can run?

        Thank you in advance for your attention and best regards

        • Adding cross-language support (Python, Octave, R)

          Adding cross-language support is very easy:

          Python -> GNU Octave: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/oct2py
          GNU R -> GNU Octave: http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/RcppOctave/

          That would be great!
          Thank you

          • [GNU Octave]: now well supported, but just a few more libs/pkgs would be great!

            Thank you for the installed packages! They definitely offer a broad expanded support for GNU Octave. As additional suggestions, I would recommend an external library and a couple of other packages. The external library is Mastrave (it cannot be installed as a pkg because it is a multi-language library: however, the net installation [1] and linking with GNU Octave [2] is very simple and up to date). The two additional packages are more domain specific but quite convenient in some applications. They would be the ltfat [3] and strings [4] packages.

            [1] http://mastrave.org/download.html#Installing_from_internet
            [2] http://mastrave.org/download.html#Integration_with_GNU_Octave
            [3] http://octave.sourceforge.net/ltfat/index.html
            [4] http://octave.sourceforge.net/strings/index.html

            Thank…

            • Add XNA 4.0 for C#

              I would really like XNA framework in this, I can't find a compiler for games anywhere :(
